Your appointment

We’ll come to you, and we’ll bring our range with us. We find it’s the best way to choose the right product for your home. We’ve plenty of advice to help with your decision and we’ll measure up while we’re there. We’re happy to stay as long as you need but we’ll probably be with you for around 45 minutes. Allow longer for multiple windows or if you’re thinking about a more technical product, like shutters or one of our garden shading solutions.

If you’re ready to place your order there and then, that’s great – our advisors have chip and PIN machines or you can pay over the phone. Ask your advisor about flexible ways to pay. It’s fine to take some time to think about it, there’s never any pressure to buy and quotes are valid for 12 weeks.

You may need a survey

Surveys depend on the product you buy from us. We carry out surveys for shutters and conservatory blinds, plus all of our exterior products. It’s an important step and ensures your product will fit correctly and the installation will run smoothly. We’ll be in touch once you’ve placed your order to arrange a convenient time for your survey.

Most of our product are lovingly made right here in the UK – we’ve factories making blinds, curtains, shutters and outdoor shading solutions in Nottingham, Washington Tyne and Wear and Coventry. For a small proportion of our range, we work closely with suppliers in Europe and China and we've carefully chosen our trusted UK partner to manufacture garage doors on our behalf.

Depending on the product you choose, they could be ready in as little as two weeks. Your advisor will explain more during your appointment, and then we’ll be in touch again to arrange a date for fitting closer to the time.

Fuss-free fitting

For the majority of our range, your advisor will return to take care of the fitting. If you needed a survey, installation will usually be taken care of by the surveyor who came to your home. Larger products may require a specialist team but we’ll let you know about that. Fitting shouldn’t take too long, it depends on what you’ve bought from us. Allow more time for multiple windows or large products such as an awning or pergola – your advisor will explain more during your appointment.

We’ll be in touch to arrange a date for fitting, and other than making sure the space is clear, there’s nothing else for you to do. We’ll clear up after ourselves and take our rubbish away. Note for pergolas – we’ll need an electric source at the area the pergola is to be fitted. Your advisor will discuss this with you during your appointment.
